My family had a friend called Georgie Green in the sixties who had a wasp-waisted full-length Ballenciaga ballgown which I remember thinking was the most beautiful thing in the whole world - this faux-silk ruched cushion has beautiful deep green tones which change according to how the light strikes it and reminds me of that dress.
