These fabulous one-off works of art are individually made to order by french designer Frédérique Morrell who creates objects using vintage needlework tapestries. All pieces signed and numbered and delivered with their own birth certificate.

The anatomically correct forms start with a fibreglass taxidermy mold which is injected with expanding foam. Realistic details such as ears, muzzle, teeth and tongue are finished with resin or latex and airbrushed. Real antlers are fixed to the head. The mold is then covered with vintage tapestries chosen for their romantic or botanic themes.
